- Full payment must be made before the start of the program or sessions.
- All payments are processed through secure electronic payment methods.
- Fees are non-refundable once the program has started or any part of the package has been used.
- Administrative fees may apply for refund requests made before program commencement.
- The company is not responsible for additional fees imposed by banks or payment providers.
- Takleem reserves the right to update pricing without affecting current subscriptions.
Complaints:
- Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days.
- Complaints will be resolved within 7 business days, depending on their nature.
Attendance and Rescheduling Policy
- Students must adhere to scheduled session times.
- A limited number of hours may be postponed according to package terms.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
- Sessions will be counted in case of absence or late notice.
- Unused hours after package expiry will be forfeited.
- Takleem reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to operational requirements.
