The session duration is one hour.
How many sessions can I have per week?
You can have one session or more a week based on your preferences.
How do I choose the days and times that fit my schedule?
During the registration, you will be able to choose sessions’ dates, days, and times.
What is the payment method?
We provide different payment solutions. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple pay, Mada, and Sadad.
How will I attend the sessions?
Sessions are held via Zoom. It is an application for holding high-quality video and audio remotely.
Will I have a chance for a trial session before joining the program?
Yes, we offer 30 minutes trial session before registration to introduce the curriculum, assess your needs, and help you make a better decision.
Do I have the right to postpone a session?
In the private package, the participant has the right to postpone a limit of 3 sessions only for each level. The group has the right to postpone three sessions only provided that each member of the group has agreed.
Can I cancel my subscription after paying?
Participants who cancel the contract by notifying Takleem before the commencement of classes are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.
In the private package, If a participant withdraws after the commencement of classes, Takleem will retain a cancellation charge of 20%, plus a percentage of tuition fees based on the number of sessions attended, at the rate of 400 SAR/hour.
In the group package, the amount paid is not refunded once the class starts.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, A completion certificate is provided to the participant who completes level 1A, level 1B, or level 1C.
